About this Dashboard
This dashboard goes beyond simply displaying data to surface meaningful insights and outcomes counties can use to evaluate training participation and performance. It highlights completion rates by county, benchmarks performance against the statewide average, and surfaces program outcomes — CE hours awarded, highest-completion modules, and county completion leaders — organized around the questions stakeholders are most likely trying to answer. The goal is to help county leaders quickly understand not just what the data is, but what it means and how it can inform decision-making, workforce development, and training engagement.
